This morning I was playing with Jesse. Nothing unusual until I went to stand up. And then I was in a tremendous amount of pain. So I spent the day lying flat on my back with the heating pad. Staring at the ceiling for the most part. And extremely thankful for my hubby and boys who took great care of me!
